You mean people who Rep *****? O_O what use is there for this thread? Most people who want to post in the right section do.... Most times the only people who post in the wrong section mean to do it and are only trying to troll... Making this thread won't stop the people who want to post in the wrong section to be an annoyance..... There are only a select few who post in the wrong section by accident and most likely apologize for it and move on.

He further elaborated on each section description.
I see new people posting in wrong sections almost every day.
This could maybe help them better understand what each section is for.
