You are on to something, but it can't be Madara, because we saw Madara die, and afterwards Obito was ingulfed in spiral zetsu when he contacted Nagato.

Unless Kishi will make another "impossible" thing possible, just like he did with the death reaper seal... Also I doubt Madara could have hidden himself from Obito in that manner, in fact I don't think that would be possible.

Also the one Kisame met, who is also the one that helped Itachi with the Uchiha massacre, did show his face again to Kisame 7 years later, in other words it had to be the same person, Obito.

And last but important, Itachi planted that seal in Sasuke's eye to activate Amaterasu when he looked at Obito's sharingan, which Itachi thought was Madara.

You have some interesting ideas but you have to organise them a bit. For instance, at some points you talk quite randomly as to when Tobi acts as Obito and when as Madara. Also, in the last paragraph, you said that Siral Zetsu had to allow Obito to move freely because you need to have your own consciousness to use rinnei tensei. Who the hell told you that? It's just a baseless assumption of yours and it's not your only one; it's just eh most important. Besides, this contradicts the whole effort of Madara to try to force Obtio to revive him through his black rods. In general, in many cases you took your beliefs as facts while you should have approached this whole subject without such certainty.

thx for your comment bro...but i never said the spiral zetsu let obito act by his free will..noo its not like that so plz let me explain it again.

I'd like to bring up a point i dont think many have realized... That scan where Zetsu talks about the "insides" after re-reading several times... I think what was said has a different context... Madara asked how the battle was going, Zetsu replied "All under control", and in same scan says "the insides are surprisingly good" .. Now Remember that Madara had just finished sealing the bijuu and Zetsu was attached to the Gedo, so could he not have been referring to the status of the Gedo?

There are no one inside spiral zetsu. Spiral jetsu is just an artificial human created from hashirama DNA+ the statue + many human soul. It's just like other white zetsu that attack the alliance previously. Only different is he was special created by madara with some powerful skill.

I d like to add one thing to this theory that is backing it up.
Kurama told Naruto when Madara tried to summon him that he recognized Madara instantly. Of course "Tobi" summoned Kurama and controlled it during the Konoha incident but wouldnt Kurama say that another person, Obito, controlled him as well back then?

What i want to say is this. If it is indeed true that the figure named "Tobi" was not only Obito but Zetsu and Madara had something to do with him then that would be magnificent from Kishimoto's side.
And that means two things.
a) Kishimoto had planned it from the very beginning of Shippuden so kudos to his well-thought plan and storyline advance
b) Kishimoto came up with this story while he was writing the chapters and was progressing with the plot, but kudos to him again for wrapping it all like this thus erasing any plot holes and solving any mysteries that had been created in the past.
Of course all these wont have a meaning if the OP's theory come true, but if you ask my personal opinion i d like that to be true cause that will not leave any plot holes and also will cleanse Obito's name

No because Kurama already came into contact with Madara (Kurama flashbacks and Madara vs Hashi flashbacks) way before he met Obito and was controlled by Madara even before that. That's why Madara had the ability to summon the nine-tails while obito just took it out of Kushina and used a genjutsu to control it. That's why Kurama recognized Madara's instantly and not obito
