Answer; it doesn't work on susanoo on that way; proof-- in their fight, an arrow stalemated with the gudoudama.

OT: Susano'o would be erased by Omnyoudon unless it has Nature Energy in it (Others can feel free to correct this part if I'm wrong...), but if it's erased the user could just re-manifest it. :|

It can be rebuilt rather quickly, refer to Kaguya fight and I believe Madara had to reconstruct his a few times as well IIRC.

Omnyudon was said to turn all ninjutsu to nothing,erased from existence. Even edo tensei gets wrecked, if susanoo were indeed hit i don't believe it could remanifest.
Why not? It's just chakra at the end of the day. One gets "erased" they just have to re-make it. It's not like if one Rasenshuriken is "erased", Naruto will never be able to do the Jutsu again.

It can erase that chakra construct at the point of time but Susanoo still can be manifest by their user after that unless their user get kill.

Well if you wanna get technical, Susano isn't really a "jutsu" it's more like a chakra construct. It would be like saying Naruto's BM is a jutsu. Also your view on TSB is slightly warped, while it does erase the jutsu it comes in contact with it does not however take the caster's ability to use that jutsu away permanently.

Actually Susanoo is different from Edo tensei, Edo tensei will get turn into nothing and cant recover/re-manifest back but Susanoo can.
its because edo tensei Shinobi not just a form of jutsu but their body is made by chakra and there is no chakra supplier for them to reanimated back by injecting chakra.
For Susanoo, yes they also made by chakra 100%, but keep in mind they are construct from their owner chakra exp Sasuke. When Susanoo arm as example get erase by Omnyodon, their owner will just recover back the lost limb by injecting chakra to the Susanoo.

The conclusion is-Susanno chakra can be erase by Omnyodon but Susanoo will not gone forever because their user still alive.

Lol yea because whoever would be in the head would die, they won't be able to do anything let alone reconstruct their Susano. That would actually be kinda funny to see though lol

The susanoo would be destroyed(unless it has senjutsu then no) but the user would be able to reform it depending on how much chakra they have left.

Omnyodon rod when pierce/touch any part of Susanoo body will not spreading its effect like Ash Bone. It just effecting the area or part that are being target.
If Omnyodon effect is spreading to all part of body, Minato will gone forever in the first Juubito attack.
Also it depend on how large the TSB attack size(Rod or Sphere).

So if Naruto uses this before Itachi can use Totsuka or Yata , Itachi would loose as he won't have stamina to put up another Susanoo?
