Description: The user focuses chakra into a mist/smoke and makes it bigger, that look like small clouds, then the user will release more chakra into the mist making it bigger, and then the user will make the chakra and transform the cloud into a cloak of smoke/mist and it can hide the user in the mist/smoke cloak. If the opponent attacks the cloak with any attack other than wind, it will hurt the user but not destroy the cloak, if wind jutsus are used, this cloak will be destroyed by the forces of wind.

to blast tru your tornado, i am not sure if it will effect your cloud jutsu

then i move my goggles back, so its protectin my eyes and i undo the void jutsu dome. by doin so, it causes a short blindness for u bcz your eyes cannot take the sudden change in brightness and it causes u to stop doin the water dragon jutsu
