so in this situation you cant,
and because it was an amaterasu you cant put it out.

YOU CANNOT MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you were put in the genjustu and the genjustu paralisis you which means you annot move at all.
so you cant get out of the genjustu.
which means you cant avoid amaterasu.
