NOTE: Only usable once per battle, must also have summoned Amanonuhoko and know how to summon it. The user does not need to keep in constant contact with the halberd for this jutsu to work.

My rasengan is more powerful than any of the other rasengans; chou odama rasengan uses nature energy, but the rasengan I used uses the energy that CREATED nature energy. Therefore, it's more powerful, albeit the same size.

Well, the water sage is currently a different dude, and you have to be picked to become the sage from birth. But there are lower ranks, like close students of the sage. Like how Elias and Rag are my students.
