Personally it could be any from this list: Nelliel, Grimmjow, Gin or Aizen, but Aizen is like 0.001 chance lol

You do realize that Grimmjow was equal to a Bankai+Mask Ichigo, right? That he was stronger than any Lieutenant, on par with Captains, and was...an Espada, right?

It's been over a year since the events of the Arrancar Arc. Even the Lieutenants have gotten stronger by an insane amount - Renji as an example.

Grimmjow could easily have gotten stronger especially with his desire to surpass Ichigo after his defeat.

Urahara is injured, so wouldn't be impossible for Grimmjow to approach him however the amount of power released in that slash, I don't think Grimmjow could've grown that powerful o.o but we'll see next week.

You call a single arrow to his shoulder an injury? People have taken entire slashes to their bodies in Bleach and have still been able to fight at full power.

Anyways, I disagree about Grimmjow not being able to grow that powerful. It's been over a year since the events of the Arrancar Arc. Lieutenants like Renji have been able to become incredibly strong. To put this into perspective, Grimmjow was originally much stronger than any lieutenant. He was equal to Bankai+Mask Ichigo for goodness sakes. Give someone who was already this powerful and full of desire to push himself over a full year to train? He could easily be on the same level as the Top 3 Espada were by now, if not stronger.

Grimmjow would be cool ofcourse but i dont htink so just yet ,,, If its the little cry baby girl that would be amazing but she hasnt been pushed to the edge yet to transform her. If its one of her 2 minion dudes and they finally got stronger that would be a strange twist i believe they were powerful but doofy when they helped renji but anyway why cant it be the guy who kenpachi and byakuya defeated? number 10 or 0 ,,, they showed him down but not dead he was petting a dog and didn the have the beam abilities...

but my favorite would have to be grimjow ofcourse since ichigo reached out to him and kind of saved him and told him get stronger to fight me

something amazing ide love to see since shinigami or coming to save hueco mondo then ide love for them to all travel to soul soceity together to fight side by side with the shinigami that battled them in the aizen arc.. that would rockkkkk.. and after its all peace all around and are friendly and united maybe they cant be to close but they form an olympics battle tournetment where all shinigami and espada can particapte and battle instead of killing each other

The circumstances are completely different. Urahara escaped Soul Society from under their noses. He fled during the night while he had the chance - not to mention he wasn't half dead like Gin. Gin on the other hand was laying dead in Matsumoto's arms. In the unlikely case that he didn't die, that would mean Matsumoto would have played a hand in his escape which would mean she'd have aided a fugitive. She'd have been punished which obviously hasn't happened.
