"In this world some people born are like keys that move the world and exist having no connection to the social hierarchy established by man."

Basic Information

Name: Griffith
Nickname: The White Hawk, The Hawk of Light
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Clan: N/A
Looks: Look above

Personality
"No, you have nothing to fear, whether it is sadness or happiness. All will be engulfed in flames."
Griffith was continually focused on his goal of achieving his dream of obtaining his own kingdom, willing to sacrifice anything and everything to achieve it. From birth he had always "known the way up", allowing him to command several shinobi with his charismatic ability. To this end, he sees his subordinates as objects rather than friends. In this regard, he can be considered something of a sociopath, in the sense that he is charismatic, manipulative and uses people to achieve his own ends.

Background Info
History

Griffith was born in Suna to a poor family of non-ninjas, although his parents were not shinobi and didnt belong to any clan he still showed great talent and potential when being enrolled into the academy, to an extent where he was thought to have been blessed with great genes despite his lineage and upbringing. It was hard for people to believe this kid born a "commoner" could show such skill in the shinobi arts.
Griffith had two friends from the academy, those two were ~Theleader~ and -Tsuki. They all graduated the academy at the same time and became members of a squad, together they went on a journey, going on different missions and having fun with each other. Grifftith managed somehow to always stay ahead of his teamates in terms of battle skills and it was on a sunny day on a grassy plane hill on the outskirts of a country that Griffith revealed to them, his great ambition. His dream was to get his own country one day, a dream that would be the source of his almost endless drive forward and great progress. It was unheard of for any person to have such aspirations, perhaps because it was so big no one would believe it and also because such goals are often child-like, naive and ridiculous which was the reaction of his comrades telling him how impossible it is, Griffith then asked them if they had any dream to which they didnt have an answer. This would be the trigger for a large event that would later occur between Griffith and his "friends".

Other
Griffith can perform 1 handseal for lightning techniques due to his extensive training, natural affinity and mastery of lightning. He has also the talent for sensing another persons chakra, he unlocked this ability after mastering ninjutsu.

Berserk, it's my favorite series after One Piece, it's as old as DBZ and still on-going but it ain't mainstream so it don't have nearly as much fandom as it should have and probably never will because it's not a shonen/shoujo manga but it's seinen which means it's for 18+, its content will never be accepted by mainstream public but it has the deepest story you'll ever see in any fictional series.

Try reading the manga or watch the movies which are canon and a continuous saga. There is so far only 2 movies. Berserk Golden Age Arc 1 and 2, the third movie is out but it's not out on internet yet, only in japanese theathers.

If you want and I'm talking to anybody reading this post, watch the movies then go read the manga from chapter 1 because somethings get taken out to condense the story into around 1h and 30 some minutes.xD

Are the movies any good? I've read the manga start to finish (well what's released atm)s but haven't watched the movies yet as I figured they'd basically just paraphrase the manga, and the anime is just the things leading up to the eclipse (as far as I know).

Nice bio btw, but honestly Griffith has to be one of the biggest d-bags in manga history >_O

LOL, Griffith did say you're either with him or against him and so far all Berserk fans either love him or hate him.
As for the movies, unlike the anime, they will continue past the Eclipse and they plan on animating the Black Swordsman saga but I'm not gonna lie somethings get left out like Zodd throwing his sword to Guts in the doldrey, the princess and ministers burning, Guts having a good talk with Judeau and Corkus, Wyald and his men don't get a moment either.>_<

But other then that pretty much everything else is there, Zodd, Guts vs 100 men, Griffith *** scene etc. It's much better animated the the normal series but some of the sg animation makes it a bit gamey when they fight with armor but you get used to it quickly and it improves as it goes on. I don't like how the character development is done either, in the movie you'd have trouble knowing band of the hawk members by name, mostly it's about Guts, Griffith and Casca which I don't like since the Eclipse won't have the same reaction when it happens. Oh yeah, Skull Knight is in this unlike the anime and he fights Zodd too.

Judeau, Corkus, Pippin and Rickert get some shine in movie 2 but still not satisfactory, unless they do it in movie 3 which I've yet to watch, I read somewhere that the Eclipse in the movie surpasses the manga but dunno if it's true.
