This is from an ending bit called Monster Time. It's from episode 283(Enies Lobby)

I know a made a similar joke thread about this a few days ago but this ones more serious. Do you think Oda intended this to be a hint that Green Bull and Zoro will have some past connection? I know how people like to imply Oda has everything laid out and how things he does early that seem irrelevant or nonsensical actually play a role later. Plus he made Luffy a pink dragon, which could be because he's dragons kid or it could have been foreshadowing Momo. They also had Robin be a Gorgon or Medusa, which turns men to stone with her gaze.

So we have a Green Bull, a female who turns people to stone at sight and a pink dragon. All of these ended up happening one way or another in the story. So do you think it's coincidence or not and do you think Zoro will be revealed to have a past with the new Admiral?

Was that even in the manga?
No it was not it was from the ending scene of episode 283

Wasn't that just filler?
No not really because it came at the end of a canon episode(Enies Lobby arc) It was just a little ending bit they made, no real significance to the story but people talk about how far ahead Oda foreshadows something. I was just gauging if most thought it was a silly nonsensical scene for entertainment only or if Oda was hinting something to us.

Now that I searched and watched the clip on youtube I realize some things.
Chopper was portrayed as a pink octopus (looked a lot like Hachi) and Nami was a mermaid (looked a lot like Shirahoshi) this was obviously foreshadowing fishmen island.
Luffy was portrayed as Dragon , foreshadowing his father.
And Zoro was portrayed as you said as well.
At the end of the clip Robin was portrayed as someone with snakes as hair , and when she looked at the crew they all turned into stone , obviously foreshadowing Boa Hancock.
Ussop was portrayed as a centaur (I think this was foreshadowing luffy with kine'mons half)
You said Oda likes to give some clues a few arcs before the time that looks irrelevant. So right now I actually believe you. But I just think it was foreshadowing GreenBull , I don't think Zoro has a connection with him.

I noticed Chopper as the octopus but never made that connection to Hachi and Fishman Island. Also you mentioning Usopp made me think of something:

Who joined the crew at the end of Enies Lobby? And who has an attack called Centaur? That's right Franky. Maybe this ending was also symbolizing Franky's eventual joining.
