As much as I hate it Madara is hands down the strongest base mode Uchiha and it pretty much all goes to that stupid gunbai. It deflected a 9-tails bijuu bomb. Why does he even need Susano'o? On top of that his katon is a few tiers above any of the other Uchiha.

At base Sasuke has Kirin but that's a highly situational technique that requires a ridiculous amount of set up.

You say no senju dna or sharingan but forget Itachi used sharingan for genjutsu and Obito had senju cells plus Gedo mazo Lol
