Itachi is the only shinobi who can cast genjutsu on multiple people from outside of sensory ninja range. And he doesn't need prep time for any of his base genjutsu. Not to forget that he can cast it from his fingers

i'm saying Overall movement. Not reaction. Pretty much the samething over and over again, -> Amateratsu & Susano, Hebi was more impressive and Actually planning things out one step ahead of the opponent.
