Lol? When does it not make you the best rapper when you've got the greatest album in rap history? Even Stillmatic, hip-Hop is dead (IMO) is on par with Tupac's best album. The reason Tupac is praised is because of his contrabutions to the rap game; and his evolutionary rapping; he is the father of Modern rap, but he isn't the best. "Tupac was like jesus, Nas wrote the bible"- Jcole: You aint let Nas Down. Nas finished and perfected Modern Rap: His Illmatic is the ideal(Bible) of Rap.
