Kakashi, Naruto and Kisame. All in different aspects.
Kakashi because of his wisdom and experience. He always stays calm and makes the right decision, and is not too stubborn nor haughty enough to ignore words of advice that others give him, whether they're below or beneath him. Like Obito. He was on a whole other level than him when they were younger, but he still heard him out. That quality is ideal in a parent when listening to their child.
Naruto because of his dream. He's trully a legendary character. He turns everyone he meets into his ally, and always sees the good in everyone. Not once has he ever completely turned his back on a villain, except for Obito (but for good reason, he killed a friend).
And Kisame because he values what he was. He killed himself to serve his organization, and if there's 1 thing I love about a character, it's loyalty.
