as a neji hyuuga fan, i would have to say rotation was the greatest justu ever. its the perfect defense and offense. plus the rasengan could have been based off the rotation since it was shown in the show first! xd. i would love to hear what you think is the greatest justu to you is. i dont care much but i rather hear it and dont expect any polls because there is just too many justu that kishimoto put in the show and the limit is 40. so lets hear it (plz explain why, it makes it easier to see your point.thanks)

Rotation can be stopped by a lot of things :| Edo Tensei is the greatest, it allows the use of any jutsu that was created as long as the target isn't sealed.
