Yes I think that might be the case as it is hard to believe there is another father son pair or Hiro will divulge from current storyline.
The theory might be clichè but this might happen.

I would like that to be case, more development for Gray and chance for him to caught up to Natsu's LFD. But there is always possibility that Silver was turned in demon by Kyouka, after Gray's birth.

I think he is Gray's dad, but I doubt that Gray is half demon. His father could have easily been converted into one.
