Sasuke you're fighting literally a god level shinobi, a top 5 character with half of Hagomoro's chakra and you start off the battle with grand fireball jutsu, a basic katon that you've known since part 1? A technique you already used against naruto at vote three years ago and it didnt work then, so it's not going to work now.

I get that good battles start off with characters using their weaker techniques, and then the battle escalates from there. But that's a little extreme, starting off with an attck that sasuke should already know is more or less useless in a battle of this tier.

He wants to mix it up a little. Leave him alone.

When your chakra is gigantic, a C Rank technique becomes a S Rank technique

I think they're trying to show the evolution of the Sasuke and Naruto. Look at the order in which they use their powers.

I'm pretty sure it serves as a distraction only..and has proved to be adequate

The stronger the chakra, the more potent the technique.

If it were that weak, Naruto wouldn't have made a large chakra arm to block it.

Leave the poor guy alone.

It's bad enough he'll be bloody and bruised and his plan is going to fail, let the poor man do whatever he wants, he won't have long until he'll be dragged back to Konoha and spend probably 5-10 years in prison.

Sasukes fireball is strong because he is strong like how madara did a basic fire move and it took all the water users in the SA to block it also it was for a distraction but Naruto needs to go on the offensive and he needs another cloak or sumthin added to his current one it looks exactly the same as bsm

It's to show how much more powerful the fireball is now. If it was the same as three years ago, Naruto would've just let it hit him and not care. I think Kishi is going to show both of their main techs from all of the series and show the improvement of them then show their new God like techs

Never heard of '' Distraction ''? :')

i think it was a smoke screen to teleport

this would actually contradict the claim made by Sasuke's tank drivers that Sasuke could "Rinneblitz" Naruto. If he needed to actually distract Naruto first, it only further proves how overrated that t/s is.

It's called strategy, Sasuke is a really good strategist and tactician.

OT: ever heard of a "distraction"?

man, you're just doing dmg control because you can't even prove my point wrong. I'm familiar with the concept of a distraction, but i'm also familiar with the tank drivers' claims about there being a such thing as Sasuke being able to "Rinneblitz" Naruto. Does your obviously poor attempt at controlling the dmg change Naruto joining the list of ppl who debunked there being a such thing as "Rinneblitz"? I think not.

P.S. 'Fire Nature Techniques' - Resemblance of Uchiha style .

The master of diversion knows what to use when diverting attention.

It quite obviously served as a distraction so Sasuke could get the jump on Naruto with his Rin'negan shifting technique. It wouldn't have worked if he didn't cloud Naruto's vision.
