Re: [Graceful Fist] - Habaki Sakagami

"Good, good. What are the three main rules of this style?"
The first and most important rule of the style is to be very calm and stay patient as well. This state of mind allows the Graceful Fist user to adapt to any situation and be more clear on their counter-attacks. One needs to master these two things in order to take into effect the second rule of the style which is staying fluid. Without being clam and patient, it could prove to be quite hard to stay fluid. And as well as the first rules accompany each other, the third one does not stay behind. After staying clam and patient, one is also able to move more fluidly and fast. While doing so, they are able to strike with maximum effect, which is the third and final rule. All the previous teachings and states of mind allow the Graceful Fist user to deduce the situation at hand in a calm and patient manner in order to fluidly strike with maximum effect, not wasting any strength nor effort.

OOC: Sorry for the long training compared to NAD. xD

"Okay now. I want you to calm yourself, so sit over there and relax, all I want you to have on your mind is this style and think about it mainly the Movement and Style & Striking with Maximum effect aspects of this style, and just relax and calm yourself. Not overly fussed on detail, but I want more then two lines.

In short while you are relaxing and calming yourself, I want you to explain to me the Movement/Style & Striking with Maximum effect aspects of this style."

No need to apologize! This is quite fun, it's how training should be! Awesome Roleplaying backstory, thank you! =}

After having explained the style I am ordered to calm myself. I begin to do so by crossing my arms over my chest and looking down towards the ground with my eyes closed. I then start to go over all the aspects of the style, just as how I had recently explained them. Having a calm state of mind as well as being patient. I then scan my body in order to feel any tensed muscles in order to relax them, allowing me to move more fluidly should I need to. After that's done, I start thinking of the movement and striking of this style, and how it revolves around pressure points. To not waste any effort or strength whilst fighting, a Graceful Fist user will aim at the target's pressure points in order to subdue them. He may even utilize wind chakra in order to make a wind 'blade' and cut through the muscles/ligaments to remove physical movement from said area. These precise movements require one to be very calm and patient in order to find the perfect window of time in order to strike the desired pressure points and/or slice certain muscle groups.

Well done, now we need to strengthen your fingers, so what I want you to do; see that rock wall over there, I want you to go over there and strike the wall with your fingers one at a time, so after doing that about 100 times, if they feel as they are getting sore keep going, but don't push it, since breaking your fingers would be useless, so go do that now.

Also while doing that I want you to memorize this image below.

After being instructed I walk over towards the earthen wall. I then look at it and begin to see just how hard it is. Unknown how much my fingers can hold on, I begin to strike the solid wall softly, switching between my fingers until I've utilized all ten of them. As time goes by, I slowly pick up the pace, allowing my strikes to get stronger and faster while still maintaining a healthy set of hands. I continue to do this until a reach a borderline, being unable to cross it without fracturing my fingers. After several hours of striking the earthen wall, I finish the set of 100 strikes with each individual finger. After finishing, I was left panting as I look directly onto my blistered up hands which were all cut up from striking the solid earth, yet healthy enough to still be used.

That hurt...

Well done, good. Come over here. Now explain to me some of the main pressure points of the body, which ones cause the most pain the a person? Also, what muscle(s) are the weakest, and/or could cause the most pain the a person if cut?

I am not quite sure on the most important pressure points as the picture does not necessarily tell me. I would like to guess, however I would prefer if I got a more solid and educated answer from you Sensei! As for what muscles I would think are more important to cut/slice, I would say anything that would disable the user's limbs. For example, triceps behind the upper arms, biceps femoris behind the upper legs or even latissums dorsi on the back area

OKay!

The main pressure points in the human body are called wounds which are located in different main limbs (arms, legs, etc). Now what might cause the most pain to the user would be the wound on the neck which can kill a opponent. Also the weakest muscles would also be the neck as well as the arms because they have less muscle mass. Those would cause more pain due to having less density in the body. Compared to legs where the larger muscles reside in the body.

There are about 32 pressure points on the human body, just to name a few:

-the eyes
-the nose
-the jawbone
-the windpipe
-the shoulder socket
-elbows
-the testes
-the armpit
-the spleen
-and various other sockets and joints of the body.

The stapedus is located in the middle ear, this would be the smallest and weakest point. Its purpose is to stabilize the stapes (smallest bone in the body). So if you hit it with this style, it would cause a huge amount of pain.

But pretty much any tendons and ligaments linking the arm or legs. Are weak.

Now I want you to come at my clone and use free form tai, lighting striking his pressure points and muscles; don't use wind infused strikes, just bare strikes. Just for a practice type of things, once you have done that we will move to the wind side of things.

As the clone is created before me, I burst onto a full on sprint in order to get within striking distance. As I near the clone's close range. I stop immediately come to a halt with my left foot slightly forward as I thrust my left open palm in unison. I aim my palm to strike the face of the clone entirely. This is but a distraction and feint. In actuality, I instantly pivot on the balls of my left foot and perform a clock-wise spin, rotating my body and placing myself slightly behind the clone on his right-hand side. In that same motion, I positioning my right arm in such a way that would allow me to pinch the wound of the shoulder. I then proceed to simply hold on tightly to that pressure point as the clone begins to crouch down from the pain. Taking advantage of the semi-crouching motion, I crouch along-side him and thrust my left palm forward, griping onto the clone's left leg, thus grabbing a hold of the pressure point of the lower leg. This would allow me to further incapacitate my target and cause him to collapse on the ground.

Now it is time to using your wind chakra, so I want you for starters cover your hands mainly your finger tips in a semi-transparent aura of wind chakra...from that you will go over to my next clone, this clone is able to withstand blows, so with that I want you sever a couple of his wounds of your choice.

Already knowing the basic forms of wind manipulation, I begin to channel my wind chakra around my hands. I then shift my focus onto concentrating more chakra around the fingers both increasing their strength and piercing potential. Just like last time, I begin to sprint full force towards the newly made clone. I come to a halt once more upon striking distance as I finish off my run with my left foot once more, having the weight of my body transfer over towards my left palm with more momentum as I thrust it forward. Just like last time, I aim to deliver a direct palm strike to the face of the clone. However, a split second later I bring down my left hand and in a claw-like fashion grab onto the clone's shoulder wound once more. As the clone is most likely distracted I simultaneously thrust my right hand and grab onto the clone's upper arm wound, gripping it in the same fashion. Upon physical touch my fingers would effortlessly burry themselves into the skin and through the muscle of the clone, effectively striking in a more fatal manner.

Horrifyingly beautiful.
Time to add the wind chakra to your other limbs, and the rest of your body; now I want you to fun to that tree and back, while I perform some earth techniques that release spikes from that ground, I want you to use the chakra you covered yourself with to dodge, learn to use the chakra with your movement so you gain fluid movement, as well as being sightly faster when moving thanks to the chakra in your legs.

Castiel performs a simple earth technique that erupts spikes from that ground. Now, go!

After analyzing the nature of channeling wind chakra around my legs, I apply that same nature to the rest of my body. As I progressively get better, I begin to run forward as the forest of spikes then begins to erupt from beneath. I am suddenly overwhelmed by a spike directly in front of me. In reaction towards it, I instantly push off the ground with my right foot and launch myself towards my left-hand side. I utilize the fluidity of the wind nature chakra to aid me in that feat. As I am propelled towards my side, a spike suddenly rises. Without much time on my hands, I fluidly readjust my body mid 'flight' and place both of my feet flat against the pillar and push myself off of it, now propelling myself forward towards the tree. Now on a higher altitude, I am able to evade the lowest spikes in my path as I head forward in mid air. Much to my surprise, I am confronted by yet another rising spike that is higher than the rest. With not many options on my plate, I channel wind chakra throughout my hands and grab a hold of the tip of the spike, both protecting me and aiding me as I swing my body counter-clockwise on the spike, launching me further while allowing me to maintain my altitude. As I launch myself I am met by yet another rising spike. I smirk in anticipation as I position my body and utilize my feet to push off the side of the spike, launching myself down at a forward's diagonal angle. I then simply utilize the already risen spikes to push off of them, performing a fluid and swift zig-zag motion, finally reaching the tree safely.

That was quite the journey..

Alright. I just want you to perform them, and post some key features about each technique. Questions if you have any to.

Type: Supplementary, Offensive
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: Heaven's song is considered the basic form of the Graceful Fist. The user will gather a large sum of fuuton chakra towards every point of their body and release it forward to create a semi-transparent white aura around the users body (finger tips, limbs, stomach area, etc.). When releasing this style the users take up the properties of fuuton chakra that corresponds with Graceful fist. The user will feel much lighter and fluid when using the style, especially in hand to hand combat where the user will be able to react with ease. This is because Graceful fist allows the user to watch the opponents every move with high level of clarity, this allows the user to counter an opponents attack in hand to hand combat. Due to being much lighter with the wind chakra around their body the user will be able to leap further and move around quicker. The user will also obtain a higher attack potency in battle. The user, whenever they deliver a attack towards the opponent it will cause serious sharp cutting pain because of the attributes the fighting style takes up. The sharp pain is precise and accurate furthermore since the user has high knowledge of the human body, knowing where every muscle and ligament are located they can use this cutting property to cut the muscles because of the sharpness this fighting style grants towards the user. This means the user can rip a muscle of the opponents biceps for example and completely render that arm useless or move with serious pain.
Notes:
- Can only be used three times per-match.
- Must be a practitioner of Yūgana Ken | Graceful Fist
- Can only be used in conjunction with Graceful Fist techniques.

After hearing the explanation, I begin to use nature transformation on my chakra pathway in order to produce wind chakra. In that same motion, I begin to release the chakra from my tenkesu, shape manipulating the chakra into a translucent aura of sorts that coats my entire body in a very overlay manner, making a small outer shell of my former self. As the wind chakra courses around my body, I begin to feel lighter, as if I were taking the properties of wind itself. I opened my palms as I then noticed the aura of wind condensing a bit, taking the form of how my palms were positioned. I began to jump up and down, left to right in order to used to my sudden boost in agility, speed & strength. I then smirked momentarily as I leaped off the ground at great speed and headed directly towards the tree in front of me. Nearing the tree within moments, I grapple the trunk with both my hands in a claw-like manner, thereafter releasing the slicing wind chakra, allowing me to completely shred the tree in half as I grab it by the center.

This technique effectively creates an aura of wind around one's self in order to increase their body's fluidity, movement speed as well as strength. Their limbs also become quite deadly depending on their usage, utilizing wind nature's cutting and shredding properties. Would the active coursing aura protect the user against lightning-based attacks? Would the release of the wind chakra throughout our tenkesu allow us to perform the chakra surge required to release from genjutsu? Does this technique stay active, or does it end once you perform an offensive against towards the target? If so, are you limited to a certain number of wind strikes?

First question: No it doesn't protect from lighting attacks.
Second: Yes it is a chakra surge.
Third: It only stays active for the turn it is used, but you can attack many many times in that turn with it.

I need to update it.

Any other questions?
