Piccolo did just as well against the cell juniors as vegeta and trunks did. In my opinion cell juniors>>semi perfect cell. Semi perfect cell couldn't even damage vegeta while cell jr.s could. Remember piccolo went into the ROSAT before the cell games and both trunks and goku said his power increased drastically

I meant the piccolo before his time on the HTC (android saga), of course thats a accurate description from your side.

But oh well, the cell juniors did defeat piccolo, trunks, vegeta in the end with relative ease.

Super buu takes the win. He is both smarter and stronger than kid buu.

Super buu can form plans and strategies and is a better fighter his power level is higher than super saiyan 3 goku and gotenks while kid buu is inferior to ssj 3 goku.

kid buu is extremely underestimated

he toyed with a SSJ3 goku who was at full power and showed no signs of getting tired or weak


i say he takes this as i believe the same SSJ3 Goku could kill Super buu similar to how SSj3 Gotenks was about to

Strategy is not the best attribute of majin buu , its how effective and destructive he is with the power. Remember what i said, when buu "devolved" back to his original form almost all of innocent buu's power were transferred to him.

Kid buu is more "decisive" i say , since he also learned from his past fights with Vegito, gohan, gotenks, goku, vegeta.

He learns battle tactics in an instant , though kid buu prefer to destroy more than anything else. His power is restricted because of innocent buu. But i honestly have no idea where you got that picture from.

And using powerlevel calculations in dragon ball is a highly unwise choice.
