That's if you're going purely by the manga. The anime is a mess and the new material like BOG/ROF/Super can't come up with a coherent strength chain even as a joke. Also, there's a good lot of information in the following links:

Super buu takes the win. He is both smarter and stronger than kid buu.
Super buu can form plans and strategies and is a better fighter his power level is higher than super saiyan 3 goku and gotenks while kid buu is inferior to ssj 3 goku.

kid buu is extremely underestimated
he toyed with a SSJ3 goku who was at full power and showed no signs of getting tired or weak
i say he takes this as i believe the same SSJ3 Goku could kill Super buu similar to how SSj3 Gotenks was about to

Strategy is not the best attribute of majin buu , its how effective and destructive he is with the power. Remember what i said, when buu "devolved" back to his original form almost all of innocent buu's power were transferred to him.
Kid buu is more "decisive" i say , since he also learned from his past fights with Vegito, gohan, gotenks, goku, vegeta.
He learns battle tactics in an instant , though kid buu prefer to destroy more than anything else. His power is restricted because of innocent buu. But i honestly have no idea where you got that picture from.
And using powerlevel calculations in dragon ball is a highly unwise choice.

Again, Piccolo was only in the background, but as you can see, Tien is also standing in the background . Just because he wasn't explicitly shown , doesn't mean he wasn't losing. Cell said it himself.
Yes! i think so aswell, but goku was not going at full power. He was "trying" to but didnt get any chance to do so, he must first restore ki to 100% at base form and then Transform to SS3.

You're the one who doesn't understand, all the human fighters and goku were shown in the panel where gohan became a ssj2 on the floor defeated while piccolo like vegeta and trunks was still standing and fighting. You think vegeta and trunks were winning? They were loosing too, the cell jrs were created to torment the Z- fighters and make gohan angry not kill them out right.
Don't make responses on things I never said. I never said piccolo was winning, what I did say was he did just as well as trunks and vegeta

He did not do as well as Vegeta/Trunks. Vegeta/Trunks were holding their own, as explicitly stated by Cell. Piccolo was not. Case closed, you can argue all you want, but your evidence is null.
Writing in large bold letters doesn't make your argument any more valid.
You brought only one piece of evidence I brought one piece of evidence too. Many a times in DBZ characters make statements that don't reflect what is being seen.
