Well all direction shuriken is just the shuriken/kunai for shadow shuriken/kunai raining down upon our opponent.

As for rasengan we can do that...and Lightning clone is B rank.

Well its a simple jutsu.

Make the hand sign for Shadow Clone, but focus your lightning chakra throughout your body instead of your normal natural chakra.
