User then adds water chakra to simulate wet sensation making the opponent immensely wet. Opponent feels caught in a heavy down pour while inside the cloud.Opponent thinks they're so wet they become afraid to use lightning jutsu. Opponent can attempt to defend themselves in the genjutsu but with much difficulty. Only use of 2 jutsu per turn due to disorientation. Jutsu lasts 3 turns.

I then attempt to defend myself by creating a giant typhoon of water and wind by forming a destruction torrent in one hand and a fuuton rasengan in the other and claping them together which causes....*dramtic pause*

I manipulate two of the rings to revolve around the Oodama rasengan to make what i've dubbed "Earth Chainsaw Oodama Rasengan". It smacks into your water wind rasengan and the two make a huge explosion.*

*I then come through the wreckage with 5 rings of earth spinning around me just cutting through your trees straight to you. I jump into the air towards you in a corkscrew spin preforming*

O_O its technically not a water/wind rasengan its a water tornado with a wind rasengan inserted so that it spins faster and cuts as well...

It was used to free Kakashi, Ino, and chouji after they were caught by kazuku's black threads
