*i gather my earth chakra in me the a concentrate a greater deal of earth chakra within me, then i concentrate all that chakra into my right foot whilst thinking of a staff, long and strong, i give a great stomp on the ground with my right foot and release the chakra gathered in my right foot into the ground, then a staff, long and strong, pops up from the earth, then i catch it*

this next one is challenging but is very effective once you understand the basics. Now gather your earth chakra at your core.

*i start gathering my doton chakra within me then i concentrate and gather it all at my core*

Now evenly spread that chakra throughout your entire body. Keep thoughts of you being one with the earth in your mind.

*i evenly and slowly distribute the chakra to all parts of my body, while thinking of being one with the earth, then i finally distribute an even amount of chakra to all parts of my body still thinking of being one with earth*

 

[Goro Kaguya]

*you slowly start to merge into the earth beneath you*

Dont freak out this is suppose to happen. Just remember that as easily as you went into the ground you can pop right back up.

*makes a kage bunshin*

Dont worry about him for now. just come back up from beneath the ground in one piece.

ok sensei.
*after merging with the earth i slowly start to rise up from the earth, gradually, i rise from the earth*

Good job dean. Now i want you to go beneath the ground again grab my clone pulling him under.

* i concentrate my doton chakra within myself while thinking of earth, then i merge with it, then i travel through the ground and pull ur clone into the ground*

*walks over to clone and smacks him in the head*

Okie dokie lets move on. Since we've started moving you into the earth we might as well continue in that direction. I want you to recall when i gave you the stone and you transformed it into sand. I want you to repeat that process but this time instead of the stone i want you to change the ground beneath you.

*i start gathering my doton chakra within me then i direct it all into my legs, then i send my doton chakra through my legs into the ground to soften it, i continue to send more chakra into the ground softening it into sand*

*only your legs slip into the earth. i pull you out.*

Nice attempt but remember to spread your earth chakra evenly throughout your body or the parts not infused with earth chakra will remain above ground.

Give it another go.

* i slowly gather a great amount of doton chakra within me then, i evenly distribute it throughout my body. I slowly send my chakra into the earth softening it into sand then i slowly slip into the ground*

Good job dean you can come back up now. Remember how you almost killed yourself by creating that spike and trying to catch it. Well create that spike again. but force more chakra into it this time to make a thick and tall spike.

*I come back up*

*i start gathering a greater portion of my doton chakra within me then i distribute evenly throughout my body, whilst thinking of thick tall spikes, i send the doton chakra i gathered within me into the ground turning it into spikes*

Not bad of a job. but instead of just turning the ground into spikes, force your chakra to make the earth rise as spikes.

Ok sensei.
*I focus a great deal of my doton chakra within me then i gradually send my doton chakra into the earth whilst thinking of thick tall spikes then i send all the chakra gathered within me into the earth making spikes rise up from the ground*

*a few pillars rise from the ground with spiked tips*

Well done. Gather your earth chakra again and recall how you turned that stone i gave you into mud.

i want you to turn your spit into mud and then spit a ball of it into your hand.

Ok sensei.
* i gather up my doton and suiton chakras evenly within me then i mix them evenly within me turning it into mud, then i shape mud in the form of a ball in my mouth, then i spit it out unto my hand*
