Good Laptop I can Get for under $400?

What is a good laptop I can get at say best buy or walmart for less then that amount. Is there one for under that amount which can handle pretty decent gaming as well? any suggestions?

If Media consumption is your thing(internet, youtube, movies, etc), get a tablet instead.

If you want to game, dont even think about this.
