Good Akatsuki vs Evil Akatsuki

A battle between Good Akatsuki members vs Evil Akatsuki members not counting Orochimaru or anyone in Taka. So the matchup is:

The six paths of Pain, Itachi, Konan, and Sasori
vs
Pre-Rinnegan Tobi, Deidara, Kakuzu, Hidan, Kisame, and Zetsu

Basically the victims of plot no jutsu that became good before they died vs the people who were loyal to Tobi and the sociopaths of Akatsuki. Also Itachi is at full health, Tobi does not have Rinnegan or the Tailed beasts, and Nagato is crippled

Starting Location: In Amegakure where Jiraiya fought the First Path of Pain. Good Akatsuki have the high ground starting out, Evil Akatsuki have the low ground, and Nagato is in his tower

Restrictions: No C4, C0, or Chibaku Tensei, indiscriminant slaughter isn't a good team strategy U_U

So who would win?

I would consider him good in the end. He had a tragic past and Kankuro made him realize his mistakes so that his soul was freed from Edo Tensei. People like Deidara on the other hand just kill for "art"

sasori left sakura and chiyo to kill him and denied fightting in impure ressurection form he was good. i give this to evil, itachi wasnt able to kill him when they met after the uchiha slaughter and with the space time jutsu he possess might be able to find nagatos place and kill him. konan and sasori are body combat fighters they cant touch tobi and i doubt that he can fall in itachis tsukoyomi after we seen that he released amaterasu he must be able to counter genjutsu also....that s my opinion evil gets it with only tobi alive

Oh gee, I don't know, maybe to show that one team might have trouble defeating the other due to abilities/restrictions from each individual member?

When he Sasori fought Kankurou as an edo, he left his mother and father puppets to him after he was defeated and realized what a true shinobi is. So I considered him a victim of talk no jutsu that became good right before he died.....again

Kisame was a true shinobi, but he was also fanatically loyal to Tobi to the point that he commited suicide for him to protect his identity

I'm going with Good Akatsuki with extreme difficulty. Even though you have Sasori, Itachi, and Nagato with the 6 Paths, Madara and Kisame will NOT be easy to take down. Those 2 alone are a handful. Kakazu can use mostly all Nature types and Zetsu can spore out and split into a massive number of clones. The good guys will have there hands full but deep down in the end, they win this.
