I am caught up with HxH so I know this isn't how it plays out so think of this more as an "what if..."

What if it turned out Gon really was like Bisque and all this time he has been a young body? That would explain why Ging is so nonchalant about meeting him, everyone else sees a father turning away his 12/13 year old son whil Ging knows Gon is really already 30 or so lol. Makes Ging not such the **** now doesn't it lol.

Anyway time for a real question. In the anime 131 Pitou gives a reason for Gon's power

She says he vows to never use Nen again

I don't remember this being said in the manga and I thought it was still a mystery as to what Gon had to do to get that power. Was this in the manga or is this anime adaptation and if it is do you think it's correct.
