Roger learned "all the secrets of the world," so maybe he'd have access to such a fruit? It's definitely possible, and he'd even have a reason(being too early for Neptune's birth) to become immortal. I doubt it though.

Also, why would he still be alive? Even if he had an immortality fruit he was executed and he was also sick so it doesn't really make any sense.

It doesn't really make sense. Firstly he was executed live like a lot of people saw it and he was sick. The only reason he turned himself in was that he was gonna die anyway by that sickness.
