Roger learned "all the secrets of the world," so maybe he'd have access to such a fruit? It's definitely possible, and he'd even have a reason(being too early for Neptune's birth) to become immortal. I doubt it though.

I'm pretty sure Gecko Moria is with the Blackbeard pirates although if they resurrected Roger then it would probably be at the end. (The fight at Laugh Tale I mean)

Also, why would he still be alive? Even if he had an immortality fruit he was executed and he was also sick so it doesn't really make any sense.

It doesn't really make sense. Firstly he was executed live like a lot of people saw it and he was sick. The only reason he turned himself in was that he was gonna die anyway by that sickness.

How would he fake it?
He clearly died and even if he faked it he would die anyway since he has that sickness.
