While we're at it, I'd like to point out the Powerpuff girls > Susake. In all seriousness though there is no way in hell Sasuke could beat Goku if he wanted. Nothing in his arsenal could even harm him. His best chance would be to put him in a genjutsu but after that wears off he'd be one hit KO'ed. Naruto charcters can't even begin to comprehend the durability of DBZ characters. Goku would swat away a bijuu blast like a gnat. Sasuke's infamous Kirin would probably tickle Goku at best.
