From what I have heard about his feats , I acknowledge ,He > Goku. But he is being trained by a God who teaches balancer of realms and one shots them. So if he even surpasses Whis, and gains his abilities , I am asking how would Supes beat Goku.Supes...still negs, unless goku becomes omnipotent or something. Whis can do warping too and change future. If he is to surpass Whis, he would develop counters and be more powerful.

He did eventually surpass them , if not at the time. He may not have cared, but do you think that Whis would have been introduced , if Toriyama does not plan to introduce even a more powerful opponent than him in the future. Guess who would neg that opponent then?
