Unless you have permission from Axle, this won't be approved. The text font turns it very hard to read. You also need to remove at least that red fur thing, yellow sharingan and insta-transmission part. Stop trying to invent random things. Just keep it simple
I fixed the fur and text thing and the insta-transmission is just for history purposes so it isn't relevant to the bio and the yellow sharingan was inspired from a sensei(forgot who) bio of izuna Uchiha(custom) which has a blue sharingan due to natural affinity to water and in battle it's just like a normal sharingan and I said yellow since GOKU has yellow eyes.
His sharingan is blue because it's a custom MS. So remove yellow sharingan. You can have yellow eyes if you want that badly, just no yellow sharingan.
And there are no insta transmissions on naruto world so just remove that like i asked.
Can you decline the bio since axle is inactive and can't give me permission to use this bio and I can't edit the bio for some reason but I have a question can I say this is a GOKU jr bio ( a different GOKU showed in the last episode of gt) and his growth in his life and I will have to edit and if so can you not decline this bio and if not decline.

Anyways Axil is inactive, if someone has been inactive for over two months you can make the bio from what I read on multiple occasions.
Overall if you can't edit the bio, remake it if Alucard allows it since he's checking bios.
If you receive permission to remake it, don't do it like this one, I couldn't even read through it:|

There is in the final episode of dbz gt a tournament where GOKU go's and watch the final match which is between his decedent GOKU jr and vegita jr (vegita's decendent) so can I make a bio of that GOKU and say this is him growing up and maturing.

Well it still counts as Goku as a adult. :|
But like I said if you receive permission from a RP Moderator you can make the bio.
Also the text is just meh.
Try to also stick with one color on your bio.
