You're not in the Kiyoshi clan. Your name is not in the social group list. A custom clan can only have a max of 25 members and that list is full. As long as there isn't removed a person and you become a member of the social group, you're not officially a Kiyoshi and thus this bio can't be approved. VM/PM approval is irrelevant here.
Also it's Kiyoshi, not Kiyioshi, get the name right ~_~

Alright, everything is taken care of about now. Also, as Caliburn said, it's Kiyoshi. Luckily, I changed the name for you in the title of the thread ~_~
Anyway, I will allow Caliburn to do the honors as he spotted this thread first and, as my second in command, he has the highest jurisdiction in the clan after me.
