If he still has access to his faux Mokuton and the Rinnegan, he can win the fight - and quite handily too. ]. The other 4 Kage aren't blessed with healing abilities and'll fare far worse if Madara's intention is to kill, rather than to play.
Madara just needs to disperse the Gokage and kill them swiftly. Even with these restrictions, he's got the moveset to do so. I am, of course, referring to Edo Madara without Susano'o, an unlimited chakra supply and immortality.
