I assumed EMS Sasuke would get stat boost by default after getting EMS, since he could keep up with the Raikage

Ems sasuke's best speed feat is matching kcm Naruto. Now while naruto outsped v2 raikage raikage's speed gets boosted via onnoki's lightweight technique, not to mention with tsunade's perfect chakra control his sunshin gets boosted as well.

Not only Ay's speed is added here, but the Byakugou's speed boost as well. There is no way EMS Sasuke being faster then the fusion. I changed my mind, the Gokage beats him with high difficulty.

That DB entry doesn't say anything that changes anything I've stated, nor does it contradict my argument. Iso Susanoo is not a completely different form of Susanoo, its PS on Kurama.

Again Sasuke never even had legged susanoo with out Naruto's chakra let alone had the ability to armor Naruto.

As usual with these claims, they are backed by no evidence or invalid evidence. Sasuke showed an enhanced version of what his Legged Susanoo would be like, Kyuubi Cloak doesn't change the shape of your Ninjutsu or evolve it, it only makes it stronger. Not to mention Sasuke armored Naruto without the cloak or any handouts, so this argument is already invalid.

-Kyuubi Chakra made his Legged Susanoo bigger, you only need EMS for a legged Susanoo, or an MS w/ Rikudo's Chakra.

-Sasuke used PS, and then Iso Susanoo to armor Naruto, thus he performed something far above a Legged Susanoo, on his own, unless you'd like to show me where Sasuke had the cloak on when PS was formed.

If standard EMS sasuke could use it he been would have, even against a Juubi jinjuriki! Yet he didn't not once even attempt! Common sense would make sasuke use a stronger powerful form against OBITO correct? Yet he stuck with Legged susanoo even with the help of Naruto and Juugo.

And throughout the beginning of the fight Naruto didn't use his Kurama Avatar? Your point? And lol? Didn't use it? Not once? Is this a joke? He armored PS onto Naruto, with no chakra handouts as he had no cloak, thus he can use PS on his own.

Sasuke with Rikudo chakra could use PS (a slightly diff version then madara), Sasuke with other chakra powered could use Iso susanoo (armor the Kyubi).

It's not there, because he didn't have it, nor did he have any kind of chakra handout from Naruto when he did this, proof that he can use PS on his own. This debate is never going to change, the armoring of Susanoo onto the Kyuubi being named obviously isn't any kind of reason to start saying Sasuke doesn't have PS.

You can be one of them and believe sasukes Chakra is/was equal to madaras if you want to. But based on databook and manga evidence he shouldn't have been able to use PS just like Madara in EMS form with no other chakra source.

The thing is, there is NO Manga evidence nor is there any Databook evidence that points to EMS Madara and EMS Sasuke not having Perfect Susanoo. Iso Susanoo=Armoring of PS onto Kurama, as the manga has shown us. No PS=No Iso Susanoo. The Susanoo on Kurama at VoTE and vs. Juubito was PS, not debatable, thus they have to be able to use it to armor it onto someone.

On the contrary, manga has shown Sasuke using PS in EMS form, and manga has shown Madara using it in EMS form, and Hashirama was stated to have defeated Madara's PS at VoTE. Why is this even debatable?

Except it isn't. Are you people reading a different Databook? Because nothing in that entry states "Iso Susanoo is different from Perfect Susanoo", while the manga shows they are the same Susanoo, but used differently.
