Hold on here. Yes, Sasuke's eyes can most likely keep up with the fusion, but that doesn't mean he will be able to physically react, and he definitely can't land a hit on them with PS. Lightened V2 Ay level speed is nothing to mess with. Can you show me scans of Juubito being forced to block? Add onto this the fact that Gokage can make multiple sand or rock clones, and make them go incredibly fast as well. Sasuke won't be able to keep up or take them all out, especially if all the clones are punching Susano'o.
He doesn't need to physically react when he has Susanoo, and he was fast enough to land a hit on Juubito as well. Unless you think Lightened Ay>Juubito in speed, then there is no debate on that point. Juubito was

happens. If he could have evaded, he would have done so again, and that was with a Senjutsu Susanoo. EMS Sasuke w/ a Senjutsu Susanoo tracked Juubito's speed and then "tagged" him, so the Fusion gets tagged too, but this time there is no blocking, they get cut in half.
Not only are Sand Clones and Rock Clones fodder (especially Sand Clones), unless they surpass Obito's speed it's useless. Going extremely fast is useless when they can't even hurt Susanoo that way, they all get cut apart by PS and it's large AoE shockwave. Punching it isn't going to do anything.
Gokage can literally pick up PS with lightened weight rock technique and hurl it away, and while Sasuke is getting back on his feet Gokage can atomize him with massive jinton.
Not only is it physically impossible for them to lift PS off of it's feet, they won't be getting anywhere near it to touch it. And let's say they do lighten it, they've only made it faster than it already is, combined with it's flight and EMS Sasuke's precognition, they get carved apart before they can act, let alone use Jinton.
Also, hurling it isn't going to help, it can fly. Databook supports that PS can fly on it's own, so the wings were not a product of Rikudo's Power.
And then you factor in Gokage's sand manipulation abilities which can restrain Susano'o arms and prevent them from completing a quick slash with PS sword, and sand arms which can grab PS's ankle and trip it over (the scale of sand manipulation is increased like 100x with Ay and Tsunade's chakra levels.) There's a lot of ways for Gokage to create an opening and then deliver the finishing blow with massive jinton which would atomize PS.
PS easily overpowers the Sand the Fusion tries to restrain it with. Gaara's Sand (not from the gourd, which is what the fusion will be using if we are talking about large scale manipulation) was getting torn through by Madara's Yasaka Magatama, and then the combined Sand Pyramid (Shukaku AND Gaara) was fodderized by Madara's V3 Susanoo. Gaara's Sand is evaded by PS, or straight up overpowered.
100x is nothing but an exaggeration, I hope.
