" Mud? Pff... nasty ass " He said that with a very disgusted tone.
Guts took a second to recollect his thoughts, he was standing still and enjoying the wind blowing through his hair. It's as if he was taking a small break, naturally, he would be exhausted from the nonstop training. After a few seconds, Guts took a deep breath imagining how he would approach this technique, imagining how the mud would taste in his mouth. As always, he did the standard earth handseal with his fingers interlocked and began channeling his earth chakra from his body and into his mouth. He began mixing the earth chakra with saliva, making it a stickier substance - mud. After a few seconds, Guts's mouth began to swell, he was begging to spit out the nasty substance. But he couldn't, he still hasn't finished his shape manipulation. Gaining the proper shape of mud. Guts quickly leaned backwards a little bit and shot his momentum forward, while doing it he opened his jaw and shot out the mud towards senpais feet. It was more like throwing up, rather than spitting. After a second, the ground beneath senpai began being sprayed by mud catching people in it's path and making them glued. Guts sprayed all over Senpai, he even sprayed some on his legs towards his kneecap. He then quickly brushed off his lips wiping off the mud that can still be on because of his faulty shape manipulating and controling technique. While doing this, he looked at sensei with arrogance and a wicked smile.
" Counter this. "
Advantages: This technique can be used in combination with other techniques that require the target to not move in order for them to be effective. It's also not a very difficult technique, it isn't chakra draining.
Disadvantages: As you just said, this technique can be countered by specific jutsus. The user can also use an earth pillar to shoot himself from the ground and avoid the mud spray completely, while delivering an effective counter. It's also C rank, meaning there are better mud techniques out there.
