Sorry for my late reply, busy busy.

So, tell me all you know about the weights.
Hello, hello. I hope you dont mind me using my answer I used with scorps. ^_^

The training is similar to how Gai trained Lee. By placing incredibly heavy weights around the ankles
or another part of the body, the trainee will then adapt and strengthen their muscles to run at normal speeds without weights. However, once the weights are removed, the user has now greatly increased speed since their body is lighter, and their output of speed is still the same.

Would this be a long process? Why?
It's quite a long process because the user must become completely accustomed to the weight before they can complete their training. And because the weight only increases as the user gets faster, the training requires them to be in peak physical condition to push their body to move as fast as possible with the weights on, and weights off.

I snap my fingers and my ninken runs towards me, dragging a taijutsu dummy after him.
I place the dummy in place and smile at you.

Now then, you can perform a combo of hmmmm, 11 taijutsu techniques onto this dummy. (this can be freeform as well as cannon).
That will do as your warming up!

I snap my fingers and my ninken runs towards me, dragging a taijutsu dummy after him.
I place the dummy in place and smile at you.

Now then, you can perform a combo of hmmmm, 11 taijutsu techniques onto this dummy. (this can be freeform as well as cannon).
That will do as your warming up!
To start off, I run towards the dummy, jumping into the air and throw my body weight forwards to begin a forwards somersault. I then bring my left leg crashing down on the dummy's head (Similar to Lee when he did it to Gaara in the Chunin exams) while I finish my rotation and land on my feet. When I land on my feet, I burst forwards, alternating knee strikes to the dummie's chest. I then reset myself, and launch several hooks into the head portion of it. I then once again push backwards off the dummy and reset myself.

I leap off my right foot, spinning towards my left and perform a spinning back-kick into the ribs of the dummy with my leg left. I then plant my left leg, and do a high round house kick to the dummy's neck several times. I then proceed to perform several neck chops that land on the side of its neck. I continue to bring my arms downwards on the dummy's frame and unleash several punishing, heavy blows to his chest. In a smooth motion, I burst off my right foot, and pivot so that I am behind the dummy, my back to his. While I do this, I performing a spinning backfist into it's neck, and then fluidly go into a leg sweep using my spinning momentum from earlier.

I pop up from the leg sweep, bursting high into the air and dropping directly down from above. I crash into the dummy's right shoulder with my heel, and then perform a backwards spin as I leap off of him. While doing so, I kick the jawline of the dummy before completely my backwards spin.


How was it? :D

Try to move a bit now. As you will notice, this is more difficult now that the weights are calibrating to your power. You currently get restricted by the weights that should be around 20kg each now. You should be capable to move around a bit. So how do you feel?

The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinetely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

This is just for RP purposes, it is not actually used as a technique in battle.

Casshern lifts his legs up one at a time, testing the new, added weight attached to his legs. He takes a few steps forward and backwards, seeing how the weight affects his movement.

It's.. heavy, but bearable.

Return to me after a month, and make sure you practice with your weights before then. Do be careful not to hurt yourself in your practice!




What you will do now, is update your bio. You'll put that you have weight training, and put in the weight technique. After it gets approved you will do three battles where you will use your weights to practice with them. After you've done that and a month has passed from today, you will link me this thread and we will advance to the next part of the training.
Until then you cannot drop the weights technique.

The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.

Once you clone is created, Casshern tests out his new speed and power. He crouches, ready to spring. He disappears in a puff of dust, reaching your clone within the blink of an eye. Casshern appears to your clone's left, stopping on his left foot, as he brings his right leg around, smashing it into the back of the clone's neck. The clone immediately poofs due to the huge impact.

It seems i've killed your clone too early.. o-o
