why did pein did not use this kind of power when he fighted with jiraiya..i thinks that move is pretty powerful enough.

Now his power is Psychokinesis..

take the word from it..GOD..pein acknowledge himself as a GOD right? and that body is the God Realm am i right??

I think his ability is to move the air/chakra around an object, and force it all into a single direction. It probably isn't air that he is moving, because Kakashi said that Pein's deflection technique did NOT feel like a shockwave.

I think his power is a magnetic chakra force. If he pierces his victim with the black sword, it will polarize the chakra in the victim. That's why when Jiraiya and Kakashi got stabbed they saw the eyes because Pein was polarizing them. This force will then be able to repel or attract the victim's body or chakra. Which would cause Kakashi to be thrown backwards when he assaulted Pein or be pulled forward.

maybe everything is about chakra?as we know J-man had a great amount of chakra,unlike kakashi.maybe thats why he used it on kakashi and was simply unable to do it against jiraya.after all...telecinesis is a think that takes A LOT OF concentration and selfcontrole and if such thing ecxists it must be depended on chakra container(just my theory)

He didn't use this power against Jiraiya because Pein knew he didn't use it to defeat Jiraiya.
Plus, by the time God Realm showed up in the fight against Jiraiya, Jiraiya had already had his arm blown off, so there really was no need to go all out like he's doing against Kakashi.

I like that theory..
That would explain why Kakashi said it didn't feel like a shockwave, because when two magnets push away from each other, it's not like a shockwave it's just like a push of sorts.
BUT the one thing that doesn't make sense is that in order for Pein to pull Kakashi in, he would have to stab Kakashi twice, once for when he pushed him or repelled him, and twice for when he pulled him in, changing his polarity each time he stabbed him, get it?

this theory is interesting. but if kakashi was polarized by stabbing, then when pain repeled him, it shud push away kakashi only. but in reality we saw a concentric wave like force that destroyed everything(including summoned dogs that were not stabbed) within a certain radius.

Hmmm, true that, BUT everything has a negative or positive charge, so say everything in the area was negatively charged, maybe Pein and his little shockwave thingy are also negatively charged, thus, pushing them away.
Maybe now that Kakashi was stabbed, he can control Kakashi's polarity at will, changing it from negative [When he pushed Kakashi away] to positive [When he drew him in]

animal realm stated he was god
so nagato is god
and when god realm showed u p with all 6 pains
