yes nagato using his fomrer best friend comerade yahiko as his main puupet body who also interacts with konan
while nagato probally watching from another dimesnsion
or the machine room
waits or send s out orders

IF it is nagato truely that is. It could be that yahiko just like took nagatos eyes.
then got all of those weird body stuff. Though i think it would be possible for nagato to become narutos friend.

It could be possible that Naruto meets Nagato and gives one of his "inspiring speeches" but......Nagato on Konoha's side is just way too powerful and unrealistic. I can imagine Naruto defeating nagato and before he dies they become friends.

i see your point but i just think its debry from the explosion flying past behind him it would make sense to have an explosion then a clear shot of pain with nothing behind him, so i would have to disagree to a certain extent. on the other hand i think that nagato is controlling the bodies from a hiddent location of he is in spiritual form transfering orders from one body to another at incredible speed, kinda like oro's jutsu but with multiple bodies and in a more efficient way. take a look at what Shizune says here:
