[Discussion] "God of Shinobi" title

The title has been used for both the Hashirama Senju and Hiruzen Sarutobi, which seems to present that most powerful Kages in that generation. So does both are equals and greater than anyone else during their generation. Therefore, I think there should be someone of this generation given the title, other than Naruto (plot) but it should be Itachi!!

Itachi has been a key throughout the entire series and is role extends every few chapters. His knowledge of his clan made him different to such a degree it cant really be compared. Now, while I would argue another is more intelligent (Orochimaru), we cant ignore that Itachi is this generations "God of Shinobi" is his own right.

Itachi is the only other character that desires such a title, if he wasn't a spy, he for sure would have gone on to be/do better things.

So no Uchiha except Itachi was interested in what Uchiha ancestors wanted to tell to the future generation of the Uchihas. And only one tried and died as a traitor for the rest of the village.
