I'm saying kurama's chakra influences Naruto's action not a difficult concept to grasp. Had it just been a simple chakra boost he would act the way he did against Deidara.

Naruto with a natural boost never behaved like that. It isn't going to influence him one day and not the other. When Naruto fought haku in that form he moved beast like but he still punch Haku in the face of course he doesn't turn into a complete animal. When Naruto gets kurama chakra but no influence his eyes don't change, just look at Neji vs Naruto.

This grants them enhanced strength, speed and healing. (fangs, pupil change,). Naruto can channel or ask for Kurama chakra at which point he doesn't gain it's traits. This doesn't apply in the situations like VOTE, the Orochimaru fight, and the deidara fight.
