you guys are trying to find logic somewhere it doesn't even exist. do you really think kishimoto has made all of these calculations ? of course not, you're just wasting time, what you are discussing here is minor to the story, I would say even irrelevent.
people say naruto is nothing without kurama. well, that is true, naruto is nothing without kurama, without his father and uzumaki mother genes and without the chakra of ashura, but that is what makes naruto the person he is. just like sasuke is nothing without his uchiha genes, he is nothing without the sacrifice of his brother that gave him EMS, he is nothing without orochimarus training and without Indra's chakra.
just like ashura and Indra are nothing without hagoromo's chakra, just like hagoromo is nothing without kaguya's chakra, just like kaguya is nothing without the juubi's fruit.
let's remember that the only thing that made naruto weak in his early age is the fact that kurama stopped him from controlling his chakra, he would have stood as an equal to child sasuke if he hadn't kurama inside of him, look at the genious he became in chakra control when kurama has withdrawn, controling all of kurama's charka in such a short amount of time is something only a genius can do.
