Simple enough.

Taijutsu is a type of fighting style that is used in the Narutoverse. Its English meaning is "Body Technique" basically the form of fighting is with the human body. Every thing of taijutsu is executed by the users physical abilities, Taijutsu is usable by directly accessing the user's physical and mental energies.

Taijutsu relies mainly of the users speed, flexibility, strength, and endurance which can be gained by intense physical training. Since everything is relies on the users physical traits, taijutsu does not use chakra but you can use chakra if wanted to by the user to create a more devastating attack.

Something else that is very important that is with taijutsu is it requires most of the time no hand seals, (Though Guy I believe has a certain Taijutsu attack which requires hand seals but I believe that is the only time I saw hand seals with taijutsu) Its very fast to perform more quicker then both genjutsu and ninjutsu since most require hand seals and chakra manipulation.

Almost every ninja uses taijutsu and are familiar with it since it is a simple type of fighting in the Narutoverse. But there are some people who exhale in taijutsu more then others. Here is a list of the people I believe are the best.
- Might Guy
- Rock Lee
- Kakashi Hatake
- Itachi Uchia
- Tsunade

Briliant.

Mhm.. No, what Gai used was Afternoon Tiger, it wasn't an exact hand sign. It was the shape of the Tiger head he formed with his hands, thus when punching forward the compressed air, would take the form of the tiger. But then I again, I guess you could call it a hand sign. Nonetheless~~

Get down on all four, and give me 100 O_O! We will start by increasing your physical capabilities - Endurance and strength!

Push-ups ? To easy.
I get down to the ground on all four and position myself, I brace my core and lower myself slowly. Just before my chest touches the ground, I explode back up with the force of my arms. I do the same thing over and over again. After perform the first 50 I start to get a little tired but I still push through after I get to 70 my arms feel like jelly. But I have to finish it to be stronger. I crank out the last few reps and finally reach 100 push-ups.

So I'm doing the hard work, while your reading you little makeout books.
I get up and begin to run around the field. I try to keep my pacing controlled and proper. I keep my breathing under control and relax my whole body while running. I keep running around but I notice the burn in my legs trying not to stop. I keep pushing through and I pass the 100th lap mark.
Trying not to faint of exhaustion I ask sensei for some water. But of course he refuses :( . My pace begins to slow down but I want to finish this quickly. I finally reach the 200th lap mark. I'm exhausted, but I don't use it as a excuse.
Tell me what is next sensei !

Sensei hands me the bandages and after listening to his orders, I begin to wrap the bandages around my shins all the way down to my feet. I then wrap my hands as well. I make sure the bandages are secured tightly and safely.

Goodness I'll be lucky to come out alive let alone mastering taijutsu...
I hit back and fourth with each hand one by one. Like sensei told me I try to hit the wood log with different places of my hands. While hitting the log I feel the pain all around my forearm to my full hands and knuckles. With every strike the pain seems to grow more intense for me. I finally reach the 500 mark (250 for each hand), I know that if I stop now I will just get weaker. I keep going my hands begin to bruise all bleed through. I reach the 800 mark (400 each hand).
While punching the log I ask sensei for a break he hits me on the head which signals me to just keep going. One by one making sure my last few hits are still strong and furious as my first hits.
I finally reach 1000, truly a great land mark for me, but I know this is only the begging.

No resting?...Not surprised.
I pick myself up and begin to swing my legs towards the wooden stump. I try to make sure with every kick I hit clean and accurate with every swing. After the 400 kicks (200 each) I'm starting to feel the pain in my legs, though not surprised. I keep going and make sure I don't fatigue through it. I get to the 600 mark (300 each), and now the pain starts to sink in. Right when I'm about to stop, I realize if I do now, I will never get stronger or never accomplish my goals. I reach the 900 mark (450 each). Just 100 more to go, I power through them and eventually I hit 1000 kicks.

I get down on the floor and set myself up. I place my hands of the back of my head and then tense up my abs. I use the power of my abs to pull my torso up from the ground. I go back to the starting position and repeat. The first 100 is not that tough and I feel no pain. After pushing through more and more I feel slight tension and pain on my abs but nothing to serious to care about. I get to 300 and keep going with relative ease. I get to 400 and now I feel some pain but I know for the sake of my training I have to get through this...I finally get to 500 and lay on the ground with exhaustion....
*while breathing heavily*
What...is next...Sensei ?

What ?! This is it for today ? Well I guess I'm both happy and mad. Though more happy. I will finally get to rest up a bit. I go to the local springs and take a nice warm bath to loosen up my muscles. I go back to the Inn and begin to rest up because if today was just the start imagine how tough it will be next day...

I wake up in the morning and I feel sore all over. Without realizing the time, I get something to eat in the Inn. While eating I feel like there is something wrong...wasn't I supposed to be somewhere right now. Then it hits me.
I was supposed to be on the training ground around this time !! I quickly dash to the field and see sensei waiting, he looks upset. I approach him and bow down...
Sensei forgive me for my ignorance please. It won't happen again.

*Whacks you with a stick*

You better!

Okay, let's get to the actual techniques, then. *Summons a wooden dummy*

Now this is an highly underrestimated technique, despite its lethal capabilities. Form the tiger hand sign, and go into a low-stance - All this behind your target. Once done so, push off with your legs whilst launching your tiger hand sign up into the enemy's behind. All this would, in theory, and pratical use, cause enormous pain to your opponent.
