With him seeing me from behind, I attack with my leg, but he uses his arm to block my attack, though expected I use his momentum and spin the opposite direction delivering another kick to his side inflicting more damage on his other side, I then put myself above the dummy and launch him back towards the ground.

Yes, that will do. Remember the kick is used as a leverage as well to get up ontop.

Description: A variant technique of the Front Lotus, It is an ultra-fast combo attack that requires an advanced physical condition and a certain knack for it. Perform a powerful shoulder smash followed by delivering a punch. Make distance via the punch, getting him atleast two meters away from you. A sort of pushing strike. This will allow you to follow up, with a forward jump rotating right hook delivered to the cheek.

I dash towards the dummy, and tense my shoulder to get it ready for the hit, I deliver a strong smash with my shoulder hitting the dummies shoulder. I then follow up with a quick, but hard punch which pushes it back. The punch pushes him back a good 2 meters, I set myself up and jump forward towards the dummy while spinning, I deliver a hard right hook to the cheek.
