Description:To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.

=|.... Clearly you do not understand how to perform the summoning technique. You forgot hand signs, more description etc. Try again, use the summoning technique and your desired amount of chakra.

I stand still, I then close my eyes. With this done, I enter a state of focus and meditation. With a good enough reserve of my chakra remaining. By using chakra manipulation methods, and working along with my chakra network. I draw a portion of my chakra, I still maintain focus. I channel this chakra through my chakra network, directing it, making it flow throughout me. I perform the handseal requirements, when done, I take a deep breath, followed by slight exhalation. I bring my right hand to my mouth, extending my thumb. With added pressure by the click of my teeth onto my thumb, a stream of blood flows. With my bleeding thumb on my right hand, I slash the thumb in the palm of my left hand, applying blood to that hand also. At this time, I concentrate. I manipulate the chakra, channeling it to my hands. WIth both my hands parallel to each other, I slam them on the ground. Upon doing this, I release an adequate portion of my chakra. This being a summoning method, the fact that I have signed the Toad Contract, bounds me to it, allowing me to summon Toads. A cloud of smoke appears, I await for it to clear.

Anyways, Gamatatsu is probably the youngest toad out there and is one of Gamabunta, which btw is the toad bauss, childrens. So, try again and put more chakra into it.
