When I saw Guy, the first thought that popped in my head was him unleashing the DEATH GATE!!!!!!!O.O......

Gai won't unleash the 8th gate unless everyone else (Kakashi, Bee, Naruto) are on the verge of death, which is unlikely.

Opening the 8th gate is tantamount to suicide. He won't do it and risk leaving them with a disadvantage of 3 v 6/7
