Rep is something that has to be earn. Obviously you haven't earn it so you don't receive it. It's pretty pathetic how you practically begging everyone to give it to you. Do you have so little of a life that it matters to you that much? It's just a forum site dude. So what if you have a red mark? It tells the rest of us to not talk to you cuz your an ass.

I'm not going to rep you either way, but if you want people to positively rep you
1) Don't threaten people
2) Don't talk about how you're going to rule NB, or how much of a "god" you are, etc
People will form their own opinions of you, you can't tell them what their opinions should be
3) Don't ask for positive rep. It's against the rules and most likely people will either ignore you or negative rep you just for the heck of it (some people are like that :|)
4) Try to not use this emoticon
flaw until you are on friendly terms with someone, so they can take it as a joke rather than an insult
5) Treat people with respect. If you show respect, generally you will get respect. If people like what you say and how you treat them your rep will increase
