Granted Abilities:
The user doesn't need to do any handseals for his katon jutsu's, instead he just needs to swing his daggers.
Gives +15 damage to every katon jutsu of the user.
Katon jutsu's of the opponent loose -10 damage.
Suiton jutsu's of the user loose -10 damage.
Both daggers can be infused with katon-based chakra. As a result the daggers emit fire (which don't hurt the wielder) that shape the two daggers into two sabres made out of flames that are strong enough to even melt normal metal and the like. Twice per battle it can be used to destroy C-rank or below katon jutsu's.
Three times per battle the sword can negate the elemental weakness of one katon jutsu, making it so it doesn't have any basic elemental weakness. It has to be said when using this ability on the moment you use the katon jutsu.
The pommels of the two daggers can be attached to each other, so that they the weapon gains a crescent shape, forming the limbs of a crossbow. All the other parts of the crossbow, the stock and string, are made out of fire. Also at the front of the crossbow, where normally the bolts are released, a short blade made out of fire is sticking out. This way the entire weapon can be used as a sword and a shield, however it can also use the blade at the front as ammo and fire it as a fire kunai.

Description:
This special type of paper is similar to the same paper trainee ninja use to discover their primary elemental affinity. However the primary difference with this is that the paper is thicker, creating a stronger bond between the fibres, and thus does not disintegrate when channelling the users elemental chakra through it. When placed in the biography of a paper user, it allows the bio to use this special kind of paper that allows them to channel elemental chakra through the paper. This paper cannot be substituted for elemental attacks, such as using paper for a Katon or Doton etc type attack, but simlpy allows the user to create elemental attacks out of paper. By using a paper ninjutsu technique, and then at the extra cost of 20 chakra per technique, the user can passively change the nature of the chakra controlling the paper into a specific element, creating a thin elemental cover on the paper.

-Coating a paper ninjutsu in elemental chakra costs an extra 20 chakra per technique
-Counts towards one of the users three moves per turn

Description:
Using her high origami and ninjutsu skills, Konan can turn her body and clothing into many sheets of paper. She can control and reshape even parts of her body with sheets at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, streams of paper sheets to attack from a distance, butterflies or other seemingly "sentient" paper animals for spying or combat, paper airplanes for quick transport, or simply covering her enemy in sheets of paper, restricting and asphyxiating them. It was this technique that gave birth to her nickname "Angel" as she often shaped her body into sprouting 2 large wings from her back, which she used to fly and maneuver while airbourne. As her body turns to paper, she becomes very light, able to gently hover above ground on will. This paper is seemingly expendable, including parts of her body converted to paper; and how much paper she can expend depends on her chakra reserve. She can also hide explosive tags amongst her papers to add a deadly surprise to her attacks. While using this technique, Konan is virtually immune to physical damage and as long as some sheets of paper remain, she can reform, granting that she has sufficient chakra for it.
Note: While active, the user can only use paper techniques.

The Nara would observe the girl with a look of contempt as she sprouts a pair of wings and sends a barrage of attacks towards him. He would reply to the attack by performing a single hand seal, creating two mockingbirds that would serve as a defensive means against the girl's current attack, and potential future ones. The Nara would follow up the initial hand seal with two more that would come of as insignificant for the time being, as they were meant to cast a dormant illusion upon the girl. He would then throw a single snake explosive tagged kunai towards her abdomen as he runs towards her in an attempt to engage in close quarter combat.

Description: Garb of Achlys, or GOA, is an ancient tool that takes the form of a battered piece of clothing that resembles a cloth, although due to the abilities it has it has been seen in different forms. Once a worthy owner encounters GOA it would form a bond with them and change into a form desirable and suitable for the user. Once this is accomplished the user would be granted several new abilities, all for a cost though. This is due to the parasitic nature of GOA. GOA is a conscious, sentient construct that although is aware of the world around it, does not interact with it in a significant manner, merely just being present. The weapon itself is said to have an unknown number of capabilities, however only a numbered amount of it’s abilities are currently known.

First and foremost, the garb’s connection with user and the user’s capabilities. Through it’s awareness of the world GOA grants Vayne sensory, however it is limited to shadows. Vayne becomes aware of any and all shadows present in the area, no matter how small or faded they may be. However, although he becomes aware of the shadow, distinguishing specific parts of the shadow would require concentration. Normally Vayne would have a basic understanding of what the shadow is, for example he would distinguish that fingers are being held up, but with concentration he would be capable of knowing how many fingers are being held up. This sensory grants Vayne a two times multiplier in regards to sensing. Of course this ability becomes completely useless for constructs that lack a shadow. This ability is always active as long as a piece of GOA is in contact with Vayne. It costs five chakra points per turn. The user is limited to focusing on 3 objects, during which his awareness of the outer world is cut to just being aware.(No sensory multiplier)

The second ability relates to the general function of the garb and it’s bias towards perfection. Due to this GOA can essentially change it’s shape into anything and separate into multiple shapes to match the need’s of it’s bearer. GOA has the ability to alter it’s size, this proves useful when it is owned by different users. The size altering occurs after the user passively sacrifices twenty chakra points, through those GOA could change it’s size, essentially expanding at a rapid rate, allowing it to assume more shapes. Individually, GOA can be treated as a cloth, not offering any defensive or offensive capabilities. However, when more and more of GOA build atop itself it can reach surmountable strength and durability. The power of GOA depends on the amount of additional chakra the user supplies, with the strength corresponding to the 1:2 chakra:damage output. This can be used five times per battle. When hitting thirty chakra points mark, the strength increase only lasts three turns, which upon ending prevent the utilisation of the power increase of equal or higher measure for two turns. Sacrificing forty results in an increase that only lasts two turns, after which a three turn interval must pass before the reutilisation of the power increase ability. In regards to sacrifices lower than thirty, they all last for four turns, after which a turn interval must pass before the utilisation of the technique. The aspect of decreasing the size of GOA would cost five chakra points and can be freely used as it offers no noteworthy advantage to the user. Any offensive/defensive actions done with the expanded cloth would cost a move, barring the turn it expands in.

The third and perhaps the most battle useful ability of GOA is it’s relation to the Nara clan arts and related techniques. The garb implements it’s awareness into the user and clear their mind from any unnecessary thoughts(killing intent and similar/emotion altering techniques) , this allows the user to be more proficient with their usage of nara clan related techniques, allowing them to be able to create and use more complex and concentration requiring techniques. Normal techniques would be performed with more ease, translating to a -5 to chakra requirement for initial usage of the technique. Furthermore, GOA has one more function that greatly aids the user in conflicts. It becomes passively active when a nara or related technique is used(Shadow CFS for examole), GOA would release some of the user’s previously taken chakra into the technique, empowering it as a result. This translates to a rank increase for A ranks and below, while for higher it increases the power by ten. This ability can only come into effect as long as the GOA has taken some chakra beforehand. GOA absorbs five chakra points per turn for this ability and would require twenty chakra points in order to have the ability come into play, however, the user can actively sacrifice chakra, four times per battle, in order to have a higher storage of chakra. The user can sacrifice up to forty chakra points, this can be performed in the same timeframe of a technique, allowing the user to have the boost added to the attack in the same instance it is released. Boosts are restricted to once every two turns.

In regards to the GOA's durability, it depends on the extent of the second abilities usage that was previously mentioned. When the ability is not in use the garb would be as durable as normal clothes, leaving it vulnerable to attacks. However, all parts of the garb must be destroyed in order to render it completely useless. If a portion of the garb was not destroyed then it could be used to return the garb to it's former glory, based on the capabilities/restrictions placed on the second ability.
-Can only be used by a nara.
-If not on the user's person, it can be summoned similar to any other weapon.

(Fūton: Korosu Tame) - Wind Release: To Kill

Description: With a single hand seal, the user is able to create two mockingbirds from the palm of his hands (simply cosmetic, can be created from anywhere short range around the user). The mockingbirds are created with a chakra link between them which cannot be seen without the aid of Doujutsu, or through the use of chakra sensing techniques. The link between them forms a barrier of Wind around the user, protecting the user's body from harm of techniques which might have somehow slipped any other defences put up. The user uses this technique to send chakra to the mockingbirds upon their creation, which in return power the barrier of Wind around his body, protecting him from attacks by slicing or blowing them away (depends on the technique it is defending against, and is down to the users will). The secret to defeating the technique lays in the opponents ability to destroy the Wind made mockingbirds who are able to mimic speed of things they see in battle. If not destroyed, the birds are able to last for five turns before the chakra originally given to them upon creation is depleted. Unless the opponent decides to touch the user, this jutsu is purely defensive and can do no harm. Moreover, for the protection of others the user is able to - at the cost of a move - erect the barrier so that there is a 2 meter diameter with him/her in the center, allowing others protection as well. If they user was to want to return the barrier to its original size, it'd come at the cost of another move.
-Can only be used twice per battle, and once deactivated/destroyed by the opponent, there is a turn wait before being able to use this jutsu again. In the same turn this is used, the user must not use any Wind jutsus above S-rank.

(Genjutsu: Fuhenteki Youbai) Illusionary Technique: Universal Solvent

Description: The user forms 2 seals and induces an illusion into his opponent where once their body touches water they will begin to break down, dissolving into the water over a short time. Once in the illusion their body has completely dissolved the opponent will lose consciousness in reality. While dissolving in the genjutsu their body is paralyzed in reality.
-Twice per battle.
-Takes two turns to render opponent unconscious, until then the victim may act freely within the scenario of the illusion.
-Opponent must be partly or fully submerged in water for illusion to trigger.
-Only taught by Professor Sarutobi.

Hmm... wind? Ysera knew more about paper than any other shinobi and watching how to paper ripped apart in mid air, she could tell some kind of wind ninjutsu was surrounding the opponent. No matter, she had a tool to deal with this.
Flapping her wings once more, paper erupted from her wings creating a tornado of paper that had tags mixed in, which erupted into fire before clashing with the ninja.
