just to make it clear when i said madara level i meant he'd be hight tier since madara's name represent power(that what tsunade said), so u catch what i meant,...its not nessesserily at madara level but high tier...actually i meant to use itachi instead of madara but i figured that name is taboo on yhis board or itachi fans would murder u

like i said i used madara's name bc its means power, high tier, top tier(that what tsunade said) but i know what u're saying, obviously he wouldnt be at madara's level litteraly but still u understand what i meant...actually i wanted to use itachi's name but i figured it would end up badly in this forums

he would definitely be top tier, especially since he would be able to use his MS more times in a battle and come up with more powerful abilities and not to mention if he's a perfect jinchuriki.
