A handy technique, now it does require little water source and create shark using it, these shark have the ability to reform once they loose there shape but they are quite small and this also counts as one another move.
The sharks break apart into multiple miniature sharks still able to do damage.

It also counts as a move to reform them back together.
Combinations-strategies: Would be effective to be used with the other water shark jutsu's. Ways to counter: I would strike them with a fireball jutsu to make them evaporate. Any question: Is this a jutsu only Kisame can use? It seems like it.

Self explanatory, condense the water around you to create multiple projectiles of water, then release them towards the opponent at great speed and precision, the plus point with this tech is that it is fast in terms of initiation as well as attack speed.
It doesn't say the size of the projectiles. They could be small enough to be easy blocked with a shield. If it's fast enough.
Combinations-strategies: Could use it quickly as a cheap attack in taijutsu. Ways to counter: A quick shield or fast bast of water/fire to ether nullify or evaporate. Any question: This training is amazing and fun. Do you still agree?
I'm assuming I'm to attack you, I'll keep all the jutsu at C rank as that's what we just finished with. An since we never changed scenery I put us at short range (as we were most likely standing next to or close by each other for communication and instructions) and next to the pool at the bottom of the water fall you created. The pool of water is to my right, and your left.

As the shark comes speeding towards me and is about to hit me, my whole body suddenly liquefies and the water shark smashes right through me, an proceeds onward while my body reshapes.

(Now I see why sensei's and mods are called into battles so much lol, I personally don't think that the lightning ball would hit me before I turn back to my solid form. If we were doing taijutsu or kenjutsu and I liquefied then I think it would hit me, but at a few meters apart it would hit my solid form. Especially since I stated that I waited til right before the shark hit me to liquefy, and that I begin reforming right as the shark passes through. I don't think it takes more than 2-3seconds to turn solid again. An it would take the same amount of time if not longer to
I would say I reform just in time to see it coming at me, and would still have time to react. If you disagree I can redo my move after you read it. Not a big deal.)
As I take shape again I see you throw a crackling ball of electricity at me, which causes me to quickly exhale a rumbling wall of wind which insulates the electric ball on contact. (I think I can spit this out fast enough to stop the ball as this jutsu is designed to stop taijutsu attacks which come just as fast.)

I am of the opinion that you are less on time for sure because we are talking about the fastest element lightning here and now let's come to your argument if it takes me 2-3 seconds for creating a simple ball then won't it take you the same time to create your wall and thus you are again less on time >_>.

You see the no of hand seal , yes you need to perform it all if you don't have water as your specialty[this technique is the one with the highest amount of hand seal], After you are done performing the hand seal you take control over a nearby water source and shape manipulate that water into a dragon, this dragon then charges towards your opponent to hit him with great might.

A very useful technique in my opinion, It was used by Shizuk in Naruto: the movie, the technique only requires one hand seal which means it can be initiated fast, after performing the hand seal the user will raise one of his hands towards the sky and an orb is formed above it, from this orb several whips emerge which can travel long distance to attack multiple enemies at the same time, as the whips are very sharp them impale on contact, the whips also travel at really fast speed.
