My point was that female jinchurikis never went berserk like how Gaara or Naruto did under normal conditions. None were failed experiments. Kushina was a super success as she was hot-blooded and yet never lost control of Kurama

I think the labor-weakening-justu is a lot better than unpredictable-berserk-jutsu as the village can make preparations to manage the situation in the former scenario (how they did with Kushina)
ok, for starters kushina is directly from the uzumaki clan that we know about, which they're great at sealing jutsus, it isn't because she's female, it's because she was an pure uzumaki who was born with special sealing power or whatever, she doesn't represent every female jinchuriki.

and second we haven't seen any other females put in conditions like you just specified, i'm sure they would have the same if not worse reaction, since women can get more easily emotional than men can.

Rin was a jinchuurki for a very short period of time and the mist were specifically hoping that she would not contain the beast.
Rin herself knew she couldn't which is why she told kakashi she was nothing but a pawn at that point.

Also they females you named were not better jinchuurki's then bee

They were able to suppress the beast its not the same as becoming a perfect jinchuurki
I m not saying girls have become perfect jinchuriki. But they never went berserk and Yugito even tamed Matatabi perfectly imo.

Being good jinchuriki and containing the beast without it going berserk depends totally on the sealing jutsu used.

If you read the chapter the Sanbi was supressed by the mist ninja's and they wanted it unleash it so as to attack leaf with it. If Rin would have been good at controlling it she wouldn't have had to die in the first place.

I think by 'unleashing', it was meant to extract the beast. Even the hosts that have tamed the beasts are susceptible to this

To extract a beat from a jinchuriki you need to capture that person and then unseal the sealing Jutsu its not an easy job. Moreover its a time consuming process and do you really think Mist ninja's would have got all the time they wanted while facing the likes of great ninja's such as Fourth Hoakage Namikaze Minato, Third Hokage Hiruzen plus Anbu's, Shikaku Nara and others ???
